The findings from discovery become the foundation for the learning strategy. I identify the capabilities required for success, determine where Learning can have the greatest impact, and establish priorities that connect development efforts directly to organizational goals.
The strategy defines not only what we will build, but why it matters and what should change as a result.

- Capability Priorities: Identifies the critical skills, behaviors, and capabilities employees and leaders need to achieve current and future business goals.
- Learning Ecosystem Map: Shows how learning programs, performance support, career development, and leadership development connect across the employee journey to build and sustain capability.
Strategy establishes the destination. The roadmap determines how we get there.
