Business Challenge: During conversations with team leaders and supervisors, a recurring challenge emerged: employees were disengaging from traditional eLearning, making it difficult to reinforce learning for tenured employees and respond quickly to emerging performance trends. The organization needed a faster, more engaging way to deliver targeted learning that could address knowledge gaps without disrupting daily operations.
Strategic Solution: Developed and launched LiteBytes, a pilot microlearning initiative that combined short, high-energy, social media-inspired videos with focused learning activities. Rather than replacing traditional training, LiteBytes provided just-in-time learning designed to reinforce key concepts, address common quality trends, and quickly respond to emerging business needs through engaging, bite-sized content.
My Contribution: Recognizing an opportunity to improve learner engagement, I proposed and led a pilot program that introduced a new approach to performance support. Working closely with leaders and operational data, I developed a scalable microlearning strategy that enabled the Learning & Development team to respond rapidly to quality trends and emerging business challenges.

LiteByte Spotlight: Verification & Authentication
During a Quality Assurance review, data identified verification and authentication as a recurring quality trend. I proposed developing a targeted Lite Byte microlearning to provide immediate reinforcement on the correct process.
Impact: Within one week of launch, missed verification and authentication errors on quality evaluations decreased by 28%.
Business Value: Lite Bytes enabled the Learning & Development team to respond quickly to emerging business needs by transforming performance data into targeted learning solutions. The initiative improved learner engagement and completion rates while reducing quality and NPS trends through timely, just-in-time learning.
